Office Administration

Our office administration team is the heart and soul of our organization. We anticipate that the office would be managed by an Administrator and supported by the relevant human resources that would be required. The quantity and quality of the human resources that would be required to manage the office would be by virtue of the current organogram that we have and a decision that would be taken by the IET Board. Our trust aims to have a fully-fledged operational office as soon as possible. The advantages of a formal office would be as follows:

  • Elevate the work of our organization to a formal and professional level;
  • Create a conducive environment for our community members, potential sponsors and stakeholders to interact with our organization;
  • Provide a platform for unemployed graduates, students, youth and volunteers to gain work experience in a formal office setting;
  • Provide an environment for client services and documentation management;
  • Accommodate all IET programmes that requires implementation.

Our trust currently operates on a part time basis. Our documents and information is handled by the Board of Trustees members and Volunteers. We hope to have a single office environment to manage our documents and provide daily services.
